Qualifications

• Must have Senior Support Worker experience and Health & Social Care Level 3; experience with enhanced support needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
• Allocate shifts and book in training.
• Induct new colleagues and provide supervision support.
• Order medications and help people manage finances.
