• Develop and maintain detailed, person-centred support plans promoting health, wellbeing, and diversity.
• Implement activity plans that foster autonomy and new experiences, regularly seeking individuals' views.
• Support individuals in financial planning, medication self-administration, and health reviews per Mental Capacity Act.
• Tailor environments to meet needs, following Health & Safety and Fire Safety policies.
• Recruit and manage staff with induction, supervision, and training for person-centred schedules.
• Deliver outstanding care by adhering to Salutem's QA framework and incident policies.
