Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the delivery of person-centred care.
• Provide leadership during shifts, including handovers and role allocation.
• Ensure residents have person-centred plans and participate in meaningful activities.
• Deliver team supervisions and contribute to staff development.
• Administer medication safely and in line with procedures.
• Assist with managing service users’ finances and contributing to budgeting.
• Complete and oversee accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Monitor and support team performance and address operational issues.
• Maintain up-to-date training and safeguarding knowledge.
