Qualifications

• NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care required.
• Male candidate over 18 due to occupational requirement.
• Experience in residential care for adults with learning disabilities and autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Support Workers.
• Provide high standards of care in line with care plans.
• Encourage community relationships by promoting activities.
• Accurately report and maintain records as required and working to care plans.
• Liaise with health professionals and families.
• Complete supervisions and audits.
• Ensure duties are performed to required standards and foster a homely atmosphere.
