Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for Integra Riversdale in Cardiff. The role involves assisting senior management to assess support needs and developing new ideas to improve service quality for residents in a care home setting.

Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or working towards it), a full UK driving licence, and the ability to motivate and lead a team in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
• Able to motivate and manage a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in senior management to assess peoples' support needs and work with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service.
