Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for Apple House – Bournemouth, REDCROFT, Apple House. This is a full‑time role, 40 hours per week, with pay £13.61 per hour (£28,308.80 per annum) based on 40 hours.

You will assist in senior management to assess the support needs of people we support and help develop new ideas to improve service quality. Requirements: Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or working towards) and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Have a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this.
• Able to motivate and manage a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Assist senior management to assess people’s support needs and work with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service.
