Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker at Apple House in New Milton. This full-time role offers £12.86 per hour (£28,086.24 per year for 42 hours) and a £500 joining bonus. You will support individuals with daily tasks and promote independence within a caring team.

You will help with meals, personal care, activities, and daily planning, while contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment with paid training.

At Apple House, we encourage the people we support to take an active role in their lives by helping them carry out daily tasks. To develop confidence and promote social inclusion, we help everyone seek new activities and experiences both locally and in the wider community. We offer a range of our own activities, including pet therapy, visiting owls and dogs, BBQs, picnics, and parties, and we also hold a variety of events. Everyone has a choice of where they would like to go and what they'd like to do, including on annual holidays and weekend breaks. A break away offers people supported the opportunity to interact with new friends in new surroundings and to help develop their social skills.

The role of a National Care Group Support Worker
