Job summary

National Care Group Limited in Bournemouth is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Redcroft at Apple House. You will support young adults with complex needs, helping with daily tasks, personal care, and activities to promote independence in a compassionate, respectful way.

This full-time role covers 42 hours per week with a pay rate of £12.86 per hour (£28,086.24 per annum based on 42 hours). Training is provided and opportunities for growth within a supportive team are available.

Qualifications

• You will work with young adults with complex needs; must be respectful and caring.
• You will plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities.
• You will assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals together.
• Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking and housekeeping.
• Assist with personal care and medication management as needed.
