Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd in the Milford on Sea area is helping a leading Hampshire nursing home recruit a Senior Support Worker. You will support residents' daily needs, participate in care planning and supervision, and help with documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Able to work as part of a supportive care team.

Responsibilities

• Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents.
• Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals.
• Contribute to care planning and coaching support workers.
• Promote services to relatives, prospective residents and enquiries.
• Update and write care plans and resident documentation.
• Report on assessments to ensure continuity of care.
• Administer medication to residents in line with policies.
