CareTech UK Ltd in New Romney is seeking a Senior Support Worker to supervise a team and support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The role is based at Beech Care, a bungalow setting near the beach, focusing on empowering independence and daily life skills.

Be a role model for staff, actively engaging with service users. The service operates on a rota-based 36-hour week with full-time permanent contracts and a strong emphasis on safeguarding and high-quality care.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and lead a team of support workers to enable service users to live fulfilling lives.
• Act as a role model to staff, fostering understanding of the people supported.
• Engage with service users and staff to continuously improve lifestyle and staff skills.
• Implement individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
• Maintain communication with service users, families and others while keeping confidentiality.
