Job summary

Camphill Milton Keynes Communities is seeking a Senior Support Worker for Bradbury House, a new high-spec supported living service in Pennyland, Milton Keynes. You will support the House Coordinator, supervise staff, and ensure good practice for 6 residents with autism and learning disabilities.

The role is hands-on, with potential to move into management. Experience with autism and dementia is advantageous; you should be organized and comfortable with digital care planning systems and working

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Senior/Support Worker is preferred.
• Experience with individuals on the autism spectrum and with dementia is advantageous.
• Organised, confident using digital care planning systems, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with their welfare, housing tasks, and planned activities.
• Supervise and support staff, ensuring good practice and compliance.
• Record accurately in care planning and risk assessment documents.
• Liaise with agencies to maximise residents’ care and opportunities.
