Job summary

Camphill Milton Keynes Communities is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for residential homes in South Northamptonshire, near Towcester. You will provide person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities, supporting daily routines, personal care, meals and activities while building meaningful relationships and maintaining care plans.

The role involves rotating shifts, including sleep-ins and weekends. A full UK driving licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centred support to residents.
