Job summary

Prosperity Care & Wellbeing Ltd in Gloucestershire is seeking a Female Senior Support Worker to provide person-centred care for a lady with learning disabilities and autism. The role requires 45 hours per week at a pay rate of £13.80 per hour, with a full UK driving licence essential for this position.

You will support daily routines, manage behaviours that may arise, and work as part of a team to promote independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviours with a calm approach.
• Ability to identify triggers and support emotional wellbeing.
• Proactive focus on promoting independence.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
