Job summary

Creative Support in Leeds is seeking a Senior Support Worker for our Leeds Extra Care Service in Richmond Hill. You will support the management team in local oversight of older people in community and accommodation-based settings, promoting independence and rights of service users.

The role involves personal care and medication administration, and fostering activity engagement. We require experience in social care and an understanding of needs of people with extra care support.

Qualifications
