Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a warm, reliable Relief Support Worker in Leeds to join our Hampton Crescent service. The role involves personal care, domestic tasks, and supporting older people to engage in work, education and social activities.

You’ll work on a flexible roster including evenings and be part of a friendly, proactive team in a 40-bed setting. Evidence of at least 12 months’ care experience is required.
