The EH Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a flexible Senior Support Worker for a full-time role in a residential setting in the Haverfordwest area. The role supports customers with life skills and personal care, and leads the staffing team under the supervision of the Team Leader.

You will contribute to promoting independence, dignity and social activities, follow a rota including mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and participate in training.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in a residential care setting.
• Ability to plan and monitor care for individuals.
• Strong communication with customers and staff.
• Commitment to dignity and independence of customers.

Aufgaben

• Take responsibility for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of individuals.
• Effectively lead a team of Support Workers.
• Promote independence and maintain dignity and respect.
• Assist with personal care such as washing, hygiene, dressing and meals.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through activities, individually and in groups.
• Maintain accurate care records.
