Keys Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker based in Llanwrtyd Wells (LD5) to lead a team and deliver high‑quality residential care for adults with learning disabilities.

You will be involved in daily support, report writing, liaising with health professionals, and delivering a safe, homely environment in the home. Full UK driving license is required and shifts include days, nights, and sleep-ins as needed.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving License is required.
• Flexible working days, nights, and sleep-in shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Support Workers.
• Provide high standards of care and support per care plans.
• Encourage community relations through activities.
• Accurately report and maintain records per care plans.
• Liaise with health professionals and families.
• Complete supervisions and audits.
• Ensure staff duties meet required standards and maintain a happy, efficient home.
