Creative Support is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Leeds to join our friendly team in supported living and day services. You will supervise a team, deliver person-centred care, and enable tenants to participate in daily activities while promoting wellbeing and independence.

The role involves flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with full training provided and opportunities to pursue the QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Qualificações

• Experience providing person-centred care and support.
• Ability to work within a positive behaviour support framework.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers.
• Provide person-centred care and support to tenants with learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs.
• Help with personal care, domestic tasks and social activities.
• Coordinate with the wider support network to plan and enable individuals to achieve their wishes.
