Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join a compassionate team in Shipley, Bradford. You will supervise Support Workers and deliver person-centred care for adults with mental health and autism needs, helping them engage in daily activities.

You will lead by example, ensuring consistent communication within the team and with management, while developing skills and contributing to the organisation's values-led approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' UK experience supporting adults with mental health.
• Willingness to work towards NVQ Diploma in Health and Social Care (Level 2 or 3).
• Ability to follow guidelines and work within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers to deliver personalised support.
• Provide person-centred care enabling participation in activities.
• Collaborate with management to ensure consistency and clear communication.
• Support staff training and induction through Creative Support pathways.
