Job summary

Creative Support are seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a friendly team delivering outcome-focused, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and autism.

You will work with the Project Manager to coordinate care, require a full clean UK driving license, and have at least two years' experience. You must be warm, well organised and able to work early, late and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years' care and support experience required.
• Ability to empathise with individuals in care settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the team to improve tenants' quality of life and community integration.
• Ensure personal, practical, emotional and social support is delivered consistently.
• Support Project Manager and Registered Manager to maintain high-quality care for residents.
