Worcestershire County Council is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for Exmoor Drive, Bromsgrove. This permanent, 35-hour-per-week role includes a Sunday shift enhancement and a four-week rota pattern.

Based at Exmoor Drive Residential Care Home, you will support residents with learning disability, dementia, mental health, and other needs. You will receive training including the Care Certificate, and demonstrate leadership, empathy and strong communication to ensure high-quality care and
