Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a Bank Advanced Support Worker in Inverness to support a young man with autism, learning disabilities, anxiety and OCD. You will work on routines, provide consistent care and build a trusting relationship to improve daily living. DBS/PVG costs are covered and progression opportunities exist.

You will join a compassionate team in a modern setting, with flexible hours and contracted shifts, focusing on high-quality, person-centred support and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in mental health, autism and forensic background desirable.
• Experience supporting people with challenging behaviours and complex needs.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Responsibilities

• Support the gentleman with daily routines and structure to help him feel safe and regulated.
• Build trusting relationships and monitor wellbeing through engaging activities.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high quality, person-centred care.
