Job summary

Agincare Enable is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Market Deeping to lead care teams and deliver person-centred support. You will provide hands-on care, guide colleagues, review care plans, and liaise with families to ensure consistent, high-quality support across locations.

The role requires leadership experience, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work in the UK. We offer a competitive hourly rate, a pension, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior support or team leader role.
• Confidence supporting complex needs.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.

The people you’ll support:

You’ll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person is unique, and you’ll help ensure their care is person-centred, consistent, and tailored to their lifestyle, whether that’s providing personal care, helping with daily routines or enjoying days out or quieter time at home.

• Experience in a senior support or team leader role
