Agincare Leicestershire is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a team and deliver person-centred, high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities or autism in the Sileby area.

You will provide hands-on support, oversee shifts, review care plans and liaise with families and professionals while promoting a safe and empowering environment for service users.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior support or team leader role.
• Confidence supporting complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable/working towards).
• Strong organisation and IT skills.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.

The people you'll support

You'll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person is unique, and you'll help ensure their care is person-centred, consistent, and tailored to their lifestyle, whether that's providing personal care, helping with daily routines or enjoying days out or quieter time at home.

We're looking for

Essential
