Agincare Wiltshire team is seeking a senior support worker to lead and coordinate care near Trowbridge. You will provide hands-on care, support staff, review care plans and liaise with families and professionals.

The role involves leading shifts and ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. A full UK driving licence with own car is essential.

Competenze

• Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification is required.
• Senior support or team leader experience is preferred.
• Confidence supporting people with complex needs.

Mansioni

This is a senior support post with the Agincare Wiltshire team, based on the outskirts of Trowbridge, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. The work mixes hands-on care, including personal care and community activities, with leading and guiding staff across several locations and reviewing care plans and risk assessments. It suits someone with senior support or team leader experience who is comfortable with complex needs and holds a full UK driving licence with their own car. Agincare cannot offer visa sponsorship.

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
