Priory Old Vicarage Dewsbury is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead care teams and deliver person-centred support to adults with complex needs. You will supervise staff, coach colleagues, and ensure high standards of safety and dignity.
You’ll coordinate plans, administer medication safely, manage finances with integrity, and contribute to training and development within a supportive residential setting run by Priory.

Compensation: £13.95 / hour
Priory Old Vicarage offers residential support for seven adult males and females with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health needs, autistic spectrum, complex needs, communication difficulties and mild to moderate challenging behaviours or epilepsy.
Senior Support Worker role: Act as a positive role model, supervise and guide support staff, deliver high‑quality person‑centred care, supervise operations, coach colleagues, lead team meetings, support residents to live independent lives.
