We're a tight-knit team supporting six wonderful people with learning disabilities, aged 24 to 56, across three houses in Leicester. Each person brings their own personality, routines, and aspirations, making our time spent together truly meaningful. That’s where you come in – in this role, you’ll unlock opportunities for people to live a gloriously ordinary life on their own terms, staying connected with their families, friends, and communities, and exploring new experiences.
You will be compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting people to live fulfilling lives. Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
