Fulbridge Social Care is seeking two Senior Residential Youth Workers to join their dedicated team in a children's residential care home. We are recruiting 2 highly ambitious and qualified Senior Residential Youth Workers to join our client's successful and experienced staff team in a children’s residential care home.
Candidates should ideally have at least 6 months experience in a similar setting and possess a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or a qualification of similar or higher standing.
You will work with young people aged 11 to 18 who have been placed into care for various reasons, with diverse disorders, behaviors, and needs. Therefore, we require individuals who have the confidence, understanding, patience, and skills to work successfully with young people and positively impact their lives.
This position involves providing guidance, interaction, and support to children and young adults in residential care, aiming to create a safe environment that addresses their intellectual, spiritual, social, and emotional needs.
You will be part of a team supporting children and young people throughout the day with tasks such as meal preparation, social activities, family contacts, education, and shopping.
We seek positive role models for the children and young people. We are looking for flexible, reliable, and interactive individuals eager to work within a specialist environment.
Please note, you will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check as part of the recruitment process and attend a paid five-day training programme.

The role involves a 38-hour week, including sleep-in duties and occasional weekend shifts.
