Job summary

Voyage Care Ltd in Deal is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a residential service and support people to gain independence in daily life. You will supervise day-to-day operations, allocate shifts, and support training and induction of new staff, including ordering medication and helping people manage finances.

We value compassion and resilience; the role requires prior senior care experience and a commitment to person-centred, safe, and supportive care for individuals with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Deal. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
