Job summary

Cambian Group Plc in Bedfordshire is seeking a Team Leader for the Children’s Residential Child Sexual Exploitation Service. You will lead an experienced team on site in Wilden and help ensure the highest standards of care for each child.

The role involves safeguarding responsibilities, DBS clearance, and contributing to training and development within a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required and must provide two references covering the past two years.
• Experience with electronic care recording systems; familiarity with digital records is preferred.
• Demonstrate integrity, accountability, commitment, person-centred approach and enthusiasm.

Salary:£33,513 - £35,219 DOE (Including Sleep In Bonus)

Applicants must also provide reference information for all positions related to working with children and the vulnerable and details of employment going back to full time education.

New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.
