National Care Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker for Apple House in Bournemouth. You will support adults with learning disabilities, lead a care team and ensure person-centred service delivery in daily shifts.
The role requires a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or working towards) and the ability to motivate others. A full UK driving licence is preferred to support community activities and transport.
Salary: £13.61 per hour (£29,724.24 per annum)

As a Senior Support Worker your role will be to assist in the senior management to assess peoples support needs and work with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service.
