As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting service users with their day-to-day activities, contributing to their recovery journeys, promoting independence and empowerment, writing and updating care plans, recording electronic notes, promoting activities and supporting service users with in-house and community-based rehabilitation, and issuing medication. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to CPA's and engage in independent lone working.

Support individuals in leading a full and valued life, assisting with routine daily tasks, encouraging independent living, and participating in activities including day trips. This role offers skill development and career progression through various courses.
You will join a team supporting people with mental health conditions, acting as a step-down service between hospital and independent living. You will report to a Team Leader and work across four houses, supporting service users in their rehabilitation journey. The environment can be challenging but rewarding, with a standard shift pattern covering days, nights, and weekends.
Steeton, Sutton-In-Craven, and Cowling, Yorkshire. Accessible via public transport; a driving license is not essential but preferred. Shifts start at 7:35 am.
