Our rapidly expanding Care Home service in Keighley offers a step-down service with a focus on rehabilitation, physical health monitoring, and promoting independence.
Each service is a large residential house where you will assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, community activities, and encouraging independent living. You may also participate in day trips, including seaside visits.

You will join a team supporting individuals with mental health conditions, operating in a step-down service between Three Valleys Hospital and independent living. Your experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker will be valuable in supporting service users to lead fulfilling lives.
You will work across four houses, encouraging independence and a full life. The environment can be challenging but rewarding, with visible improvements in service users’ abilities.
The role involves shift work on a rolling two-week schedule, including days, nights, and weekends, with overtime and flexibility available.
Some roles involve lone working, medication administration, and contributing to CPA processes, requiring prior experience in these areas.
Locations include Steeton, Sutton-In-Craven, and Cowling, Yorkshire. Our community houses are situated in semi-rural areas, facilitating gradual reintegration into the community. Public transport access is important if you do not have a driving license.
