Job description

Job Title: Senior Team Leader

Cambian is seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team across Wigan. Our focus is on building a stable, welcoming environment where young people are central to everything we do. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be emotionally strong, approachable, and detail-oriented, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our care.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading shifts and deputising for the Registered Manager when required
2. Supporting and developing Residential Care Workers
3. Communicating with the team regarding care plans
4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
5. Supporting young people in their education and social activities
6. Organising daily routines, including meals and activities

The role involves working with young people aged 8-18 with behavioral and emotional needs. The work is varied and rewarding, with the opportunity to make a significant positive impact.

Shift Pattern: 16-24 hour shifts, including sleep-ins, on a flexible basis.

Minimum Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence

Additional requirements include DBS and reference checks in line with government regulations.
