Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Healthcare Support Worker at Ayrshire Central Hospital.
What you will do:
As a Senior Healthcare Support Worker within Long Term Conditions In Patient Service at Woodland View, Ayrshire Central Hospital, you will have experience working with older adults and be responsible for the care needs, development, implementation and evaluation of nursing programmes of care for patients who require NHS Complex Care.
You will be highly motivated and prepared to innovate and develop practice and work as part of a highly functioning team.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
SVQ3 in Healthcare related subject and/or equivalent knowledge gained in a relevant area through experience, on the job training and/or short courses or appropriate competency to undertake role.
Can demonstrate a range of core skills to competently undertake patient care and other tasks and activities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to show initiative and work without direct supervision as required, on a daily basis.
Organisational and time management skills.

Hours:
34.1 hours - These hours will be worked on a rotational shift pattern.
