Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Keighley. This service offers a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team supporting a fantastic group of people!

As a Senior Support Worker, you'll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, assist the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service, allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, support supervision, order medication, and support the people we serve in managing their finances. You will always keep in mind why you chose this role, as our Seniors are central to providing day-to-day support.

This role is ideal for someone eager to make a real difference, whether by helping colleagues grow in confidence or supporting individuals to meet their independence goals.

We value both experience and values. Our Seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including those with behaviors of distress and autism.
