Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a permanent Senior Support Worker for the Exmoor Drive team in Adult Communities & Provider Services. The role covers an 8-bed residential and a 3-bed replacement service, supporting residents with various needs including learning disability, dementia, and end-of-life care.

A 35-hour week rotates across a four-week cycle, with some weekend and Sunday shifts and a DBS check required.

Job description

One permanent Senior Support Worker post in the Exmoor Drive team, within Adult Communities & Provider Services, covering an 8-bed residential and 3-bed replacement care service. Work meets the care and support needs of people with learning disability, dementia, mental health needs, physical disability or at end of life. Rota of 35 hours a week mixes shifts with some weekends and a Sunday enhancement. Appointment is conditional on a satisfactory DBS check.
