Pure Resourcing Solutions in Ipswich is recruiting a Senior Supply & Procurement Manager to own supply planning, procurement, and inventory strategy. You will lead a team and partner with operations, sales, product management, finance and logistics to deliver an integrated demand and supply plan.

This leadership role focuses on shaping long-term supply strategy, improving resilience, supplier performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience in senior supply chain roles.
Experience building and developing procurement/supply teams.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Advanced ERP systems knowledge.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a supply and procurement strategy aligned to wider business objectives.
Lead the S&OP process to balance demand and supply.
Drive forecasting accuracy and improve visibility across the supply network.
Strengthen supply continuity, service performance and efficiency.
Oversee inventory planning and multi-location stock performance.
Negotiate with suppliers and manage relationships.
Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives.
Lead projects focused on cost reduction and performance enhancement.
