Job summary

1st Executive is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to own the supply plan for a key FMCG portfolio. You will balance availability, inventory, cost and risk while guiding resolution of major supply issues and translating forecasts into robust supply actions.

You will lead supplier performance reviews, provide data-driven insights for sourcing decisions, and support negotiations and tender activity through rigorous demand and lead-time analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning and procurement within FMCG or international supply chains.
• Ability to manage long lead times and supply disruptions.
• Strong analytical capability with forecasting, inventory and supplier performance data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply plan for assigned categories or suppliers; translate forecasts and priorities into purchasing and inventory actions.
• Optimize inventory levels and lead times across the portfolio.
• Manage complex supplier performance, including regular reviews and corrective actions.
• Support forecasting, promotions, launches and customer requirements to align supply plans.
