Job summary

1st Executive Ltd. is recruiting a Senior Supply Planner to own supply planning and supplier performance across a major FMCG portfolio. You will balance availability, inventory, cost and risk while resolving significant supply issues and translating forecasts into robust supply plans.

The role supports developing other planners, strengthens planning disciplines and provides the Head of Procurement with clear insight for sourcing and inventory decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supply planning, procurement, purchasing or inventory management.
• Demonstrable ownership of complex supplier or product portfolios, including long lead times and disruptions.
• Strong analytical capability, with confidence interpreting forecasts, inventory, service data.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to turn complex information into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end supply plan for assigned categories or suppliers, translating forecasts and priorities into purchasing actions.
• Lead inventory optimization and supply risk management across the portfolio.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular operational reviews and corrective actions.
• Provide demand, inventory, lead-time and supplier performance analysis to support negotiations and sourcing decisions.
