Advocate Group is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to own end-to-end planning and availability of an assigned product portfolio in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will balance customer service levels with inventory targets and cost efficiency.

You will manage stock across internal and external warehouses, coordinate import logistics, review forecasts, raise purchase orders and work with commercial teams to improve forecast accuracy and inventory planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, planning or inventory management in FMCG.
• Strong stock control, forecasting and purchasing knowledge.
• Experience coordinating purchase orders with suppliers.
• Exposure to import operations and freight forwarders is a plus.
• Excellent data handling and planning system skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain product availability across warehouses, balancing stock vs demand.
• Manage monthly and weekly planning cycles using forecasts and sales data.
• Raise and track purchase orders; liaise with suppliers to keep deliveries on track.
• Analyse sales vs forecasts to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor stock across locations and coordinate transfers.
• Coordinate import docs and logistics to minimise delays and costs.
• Communicate stock availability and risks to sales, ops and finance.
• Identify alternate suppliers to protect supply continuity.
