Job summary

CNX Therapeutics Limited is seeking a senior pharmaceutical supply chain leader with deep S&OP expertise to manage the end-to-end supply chain for a growing portfolio of medicines. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will own the S&OP process and KPI framework across CMOs, ensuring robust demand and supply planning, risk management and cost efficiency.

• Extensive supply chain experience in a pharmaceutical environment at a senior level.
• Strong S&OP experience with cross-functional embedding across a business.
• Degree-level education in a scientific, supply chain or business discipline; professional qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end S&OP process across CNX portfolio with cross-functional alignment.
• Lead demand and supply planning, manage CMOs and external partners, and optimise inventory and capex.
• Define and track KPI framework, report trends to senior leadership and Board, and manage budget.
