Cycle Pharmaceuticals Ltd in Australia seeks an Associate Director of Supply Chain to lead our global supply chain strategy, strengthen relationships with contract manufacturers, logistics providers and distributors, and ensure compliant, cost-effective product supply.

Reporting to the Chief Operations and Regulatory Officer, you will shape the function, drive S&OP, oversee inventory and scheduling, and build a high-performing team to support growth across regions.

Competenze

• Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Life Sciences.
• Significant pharma/biotech supply chain experience with outsourced networks.
• Collaborative leadership across senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of GDP, DSCSA, serialization and global regulations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and product launches.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive improvements.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned to priorities.
• Lead S&OP processes with forecasts, demand and capacity.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain including inventory and manufacturing scheduling.
• Manage external partner governance and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, DSCSA and regulatory requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement across supply network.
• Own annual Supply Chain budget and cost optimization.
