Walker Cole International is supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Yorkshire to appoint a Head of Supply Chain who will own the end-to-end site supply chain, including production planning, S&OP, capacity and warehouse flows. The role requires senior leadership with a track record of improving service, inventory and working capital in regulated manufacturing.

• Senior Supply Chain leadership within pharmaceutical manufacturing or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong S&OP, planning and capacity management expertise.
• A track record of improving service, inventory and working capital, and delivering transformation.
• Credibility to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end site Supply Chain: production, material and supply planning, S&OP, capacity and warehouse/material flow.
• Optimise inventory and working capital, manage supply risk and business continuity.
• Own governance, performance management, master data and planning systems.
• Support product launches, transfers and manufacturing changes.
• Drive continuous improvement and Supply Chain transformation.
• Lead and develop the team, partnering with Site Leadership, Operations, Quality, Finance and Global Supply Chain.
