Job summary

Joybuy is seeking a senior Supply Chain / Warehouse Network Planner to optimize the end-to-end fulfillment network in Europe. You will design layouts for sites, automate processes, and drive data-driven improvements across warehousing, transportation, and delivery to support rapid expansion.

The role requires 5+ years of supply chain planning experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across functions.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus; experience with European supply chains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design warehouse network layout plans to optimize end-to-end efficiency across warehousing, transportation, and delivery.
• Research and implement warehouse automation and intelligent sorting and storage solutions.
• Analyze operation data, identify bottlenecks, and propose standard operating procedures.
• Lead warehouse construction, relocation, and renovation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Screen and manage logistics service providers and optimize cost structures.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, sales and marketing to upgrade the supply chain system.
