Telestack is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead the site’s end-to-end supply chain strategy, spanning procurement, planning, forecasting, inventory management, logistics, S&OP, and supplier development to enable growth, operational excellence and profitability.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive strategic leadership across functions and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality and Finance to ensure readiness for NPI, new markets and capacity expansion, while

Qualifications

• Proven supply chain leadership experience in a large manufacturing environment.
• Experience in procurement, S&OP, inventory management, cycle counting, logistics and supplier development.
• Track record of delivering cost savings, inventory improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Experience leading teams and contributing to site leadership and business strategy.

Responsabilités

• Act as an active member of the Site Senior Leadership Team, contributing to overall business strategy and decision-making.
• Support the General Manager in delivering site objectives relating to safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and growth.
• Lead and influence cross-functional initiatives to improve business performance.
• Develop and communicate supply chain strategies aligned with the site's operational and financial goals.
• Provide regular updates to the General Manager and SLT on supply chain performance, risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Support succession planning, talent development, and organisational capability growth across the business.
• Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
• Develop and implement a supply chain roadmap that supports the company's growth strategy and operational objectives.
• Drive improvements in forecasting, S&OP effectiveness, supplier performance, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensure supply chain capabilities support capacity expansion, new product introduction, and business growth initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across the wider Astec organisation and key external partners to leverage best practices.
• Lead business continuity and supply chain risk mitigation plans to ensure resilience and operational stability.
• Deliver annual cost reduction and productivity targets through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, value engineering, and process improvement.
• Support revenue growth by ensuring supply chain readiness for NPI programmes, new market opportunities, and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Drive inventory optimisation and working capital improvements while maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to improve margin performance and overall business profitability.
