Job summary

Talent Drive is partnering with a global organisation in defence and technology to recruit a Senior Supply Chain Manager into the UK Intelligence division, based in Farnborough with a hybrid working pattern. You will lead a team of six professionals, own a £200m portfolio, drive strategic sourcing and supplier performance, and play a pivotal role in procurement transformation including Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic procurement and supply chain management.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating complex, high-value contracts.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience managing supplier risk, contract performance and SRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of six procurement and supply chain professionals.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across a £200m portfolio.
• Lead high-value negotiations, tenders and contract management.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to influence business strategy.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and drive resilience.
• Drive supplier relationship management to improve performance and value.
• Support procurement transformation, including Oracle Fusion transition.
