Supply Chain Lead

This growing defence tech business is helping shape the future of national security, and this role sits right at the heart of it. As a Supply Chain Lead, you’ll be central to ensuring the delivery of mission-critical systems through a strong and sustainable supplier base.

Role Overview

• Location: London
• Package: Competitive salary + bonus + every other Friday off

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting supplier selection and strategy for key defence programmes
• Leading tenders, negotiations, and contract agreements with 3rd party vendors
• Managing supplier performance, availability, and pricing to meet delivery targets
• Handling obsolescence risks and escalating any issues impacting project schedules
• Driving continuous improvement in supplier operations and procurement processes
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure supplier alignment with programme goals

Main Skills Needed

• Strong supply chain or subcontract management experience in complex environments
• Skilled in contract law, negotiation, and supplier relationship management
