Job summary

Babcock International is seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics Lead for its Andover site. The role focuses on designing and delivering future operating models for a major land defence programme, coordinating across functions and stakeholders to enable efficient, scalable outcomes.

You will develop and implement end-to-end solutions, manage partnerships, and drive continuous improvement in a high-regulation environment, with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and managing complex supply chain and logistics solutions.
• Strong analytical expertise in demand forecasting and inventory readiness.
• Experience in defence, government, aerospace, engineering or other regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop future supply chain and logistics operating models across the enterprise.
• Design integrated solutions aligning people, processes, systems and capabilities.
• Create capability roadmaps, perform gap analyses and drive improvement activities.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships to strengthen service delivery.
• Collaborate with solution development teams and stakeholders to support growth.
