Job summary

Colicci Limited is seeking a Senior Café Supervisor to lead daily operations, support the management team, and guide the café team in delivering outstanding service across London locations. You’ll mentor staff, maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness, manage stock and schedules, and ensure a warm, efficient customer experience while upholding food safety.

This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a busy café environment and is passionate about guest

Qualifications

• Prior experience as café supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for guiding a team.
• Hands-on, proactive team player who can motivate staff.
• Flexible to weekends and peak periods, with no evenings required.

We’re looking for a Senior Café Supervisor to play a key role in daily operations, support the management team, and guide the café team in delivering exceptional service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong hospitality leader ready to take on more responsibility.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the management team – ensuring smooth daily operations and high service standards.
• Leading, training & developing the team – mentoring colleagues and ensuring a positive team environment.
• Driving service excellence – ensuring every customer enjoys a warm, engaging, and efficient experience.
• Ensuring product displays look abundant & inviting – maintaining beautiful and uniform visual merchandising.
• Supervising food safety & hygiene standards – ensuring compliance and a well-organised workspace.
• Monitoring stock & assisting with orders – supporting stock take and replenishment.
• Assisting with team scheduling – ensuring the café is optimally staffed for the week based on sales forecasts.
• Bringing energy & enthusiasm – fostering a positive, team-focused work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• An experienced hospitality professional – with experience as a Café Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• A hands-on and proactive team player – able to motivate and guide staff while still following management direction.
• A detail-oriented professional – focused on delivering excellence in presentation, service, and operations.
• A problem-solver – able to think on your feet and handle the unexpected
• A flexible & adaptable attitude – ready to work weekends and peak periods but no evenings.
